Delivery Information

We post our products out Tuesday to Thursday and they are sent via a next day delivery service (by 4pm) with our courier partner APC. We aim to send orders out on the next working day after they are received if booked by 4pm. For example an order on Monday will be sent out Tuesday and you should receive Wednesday.

Freshly prepared meats and cheese will be cut, sliced and wrapped to order meaning they get to you as fresh as possible.

You don't have to be in to receive your delivery. Our couriers are instructed to leave your Charcuterie Box in your designated safe place. Our packaging is chilled using special cooling packs, and is then fully insulated using environmentally friendly insulation. This means the cheese can last up to 48 hours out of the fridge...although we recommend refrigerating as soon as you can. Our meats do not actually require refrigeration.

We currently only deliver with our next day service and unfortunately this only possible to mainland UK addresses (no islands and not to Northern Ireland) and for the same reason we cannot offer delivery to some Scottish postcodes either; AB/DD/DG/FK/IV/PA/PH/TD/KW - although it may be possible to do so for a surcharge via our courier so get in contact to enquire further.

You will receive a tracking email from APC on the day of delivery, and an option to confirm or change your safe place instructions. Our deliveries do not require a signature, so the courier will need clear instructions on where to leave your Charcuterie Box if nobody is going to be in. APC will not attempt a re-delivery on the day so it is essential that you leave safe place instructions when you order. You will also be given the option to confirm or change these instructions via a text and email once the delivery has been despatched. Therefore, you must leave a mobile telephone number and an email address for the recipient. No telephone or email addresses, or any personal information, will be used for anything other than tracking updates and notifications.

Pls note: Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. If delivery fails on the selected day then APC will attempt to redeliver the next working day.

You can select a preferred day to receive your order at checkout. If you are ordering for a special occasion then you may want to order a day or two in advance

What happens if my Charcuterie Box doesn't arrive?

If your Charcuterie Box has not arrived by the end of the next day, then please let us know as soon as possible and we will investigate.
